Junior 1-3Personal Statement
My Name is Konnor Near, I am a student athlete in the class of 2019. I play football and basketball. I have been playing these sports since the beginning of grade school and my love for the game has no end. I grew up in a rural area, hunting and fishing, and still enjoy this today. I was introduced to all of these things by my parents, their expectations for me are through the ceiling and I strive to live up to them. Through my experiences in sports and school, I have shown to be a natural leader. I have no problem taking charge and standing up for what is right. I am a very good problem solver and love testing my abilities. Academics come first and I strive to maintain above a 3.9 GPA through high school. On the football field I love to hit hard and play with my teammates. I wish to take the game of football to the next level and continue this amazing journey.
