Robert Olson '14 Recruiting Profile

I will never forget the excitement of winning the state championship after having started my entire junior season at left tackle. I cannot think of a more enjoyable time than when I’m playing football with all of my friends.  I love playing the game and cannot think of a better way to spend my years at college.

I have always enjoyed learning and expanding my knowledge on a variety of topics.  I am always looking to challenge myself in the caseload I take. I take AP and honors classes whenever possible in order to continually challenge me academically.

My goals this offseason are to improve my strength, speed and gain between 25-30 pounds for my senior season.  During the basketball season, I come before school and lift twice a week and on weekends to keep up with my strength training. I am always looking for ways to improve my game and the training I do in the offseason is a good representation of that drive.

I have loved the game of football ever since I started watching games on TV.  My love for the game has only grown with time. I am looking to attend a school where I can grow as a student, athlete, and a person.
