Personal Statement
Coming from a small school that’s in the middle of nowhere is difficult at times. People don’t really believe in you and a lot of student athletes don’t make it to the next level, But I want to change that. I want to make it to the college level to show that other student athletes from where I’m from can do the same. I know this goal takes a lot of extra work and dedication. When I’m doing school work, studying, out on the field Friday night, putting in extra time in the weight, and at practice I give it my all because I got a goal and I know what it takes to make it happen. I also know that I have to go take what I want. I worry about being lazy often, because lazy people don’t get work done. Lazy people do a little work and think they should be winning but winners do a lot of work and still worry about being lazy. I don’t want to be lazy, that's why the coach can always count on me to give it my all, to be a leader, and help the team.
