Personal Statement
Being on an undefeated regular season team my junior year was a highlight of my career. However, my sophomore year is when I felt I was making the most growth of my game. After losing in the section finals sophomore year, I felt as if I had to do anything I could to meet our teams goal, which was to make it to state. Going into junior year I had a lot of personal obstacles to overcome that made me a better player today. Overcoming those experiences have made me realize that I wanted to play at the collegiate level. After those hardships, I was able to rebound on a positive note leading into my senior season
Having a triple option offensive, and an aggressive, and physical defensive schemes. I have learned the importance of responsibility and trust that it takes to be successful. Trusting your teammates is essential in order to be a reliable player on the field. The school I am looking for has to fit for me athletically, and academically as well. I want to compete by bringing an intense, and trustworthy atmosphere wherever I am. I feel as if I have the skills, leadership, and character to play college football. Being a 4 year starter in football, and an All-American in wrestling, I know that I have what it takes to compete at the collegiate level. I can bring a great work-ethic, positive attitude, and leadership to your program.
