Personal Statement
Winning back to back state championships in my sophomore and junior season have been the highlights of my high school career. Winning a state championship was fun and all, but I felt that I grew the most by learning what it takes to be the best. I also realized that if you put the work in, in the off-season that it will give you that much more of an advantage to accomplish your goals. My goal is to win my third championship my senior year, but I ultimately want to play at the highest level I possibly can.
I've been playing football since third grade when I was 9 years old. I've been on my towns varsity team for two years so far, and over all my years of playing it's taught me so much and morphed me into the man I'm becoming. Football and my coaches have taught me that in life or a game there will be ups and you can take a moment to cherish them but sadly there will be downs, and what matters the most when you get downs is how you respond. Will you stay negative or will you work your tail off to become a better person or player? I've obtained a dominant work ethic through playing the sport because I want to be the best I can possibly be, and my overall character has grown as well. I'm looking for a college that will fit me athletically as well as academically. I'd love to be the one who makes a difference on your team!
