My older brother is going blind in medical school. I grew up influenced by my Dad's love of sports. I learned basketball from my older sister and watched my brother play football in college, and dreamed about being better than them at both. It was was my brother, Justin, that encouraged me to stop playing video games all the time and pick a sport. I have always been a two sport student. However, because I’ve watched my brother go blind while in medical school and seeing him never give up, made me ponder his strength and relentlessness that helps him persevere. He says, “God had privileged me with football to teach me to persevere through the tough times in life." With that statement compared to my sports career I’ve leaned that there are lessons about life and self characteristics that can only be taught through the struggles of football. Football is something that I enjoy doing and will help me for many years to come. Though I know Football is not for everyone, it is the blood in my veins.
Why should you recruit me? I believe I can always find a way to get the Job done. I can do anything a coach needs of me. I undestand that football becomes a way of life on the next level. I am excited about earlier workouts and film from sun up to sun down. I have always had the reputation of making people better around me both on and off the field. I am willing to follow all instructions of my coaches to perfect my craft. I am an adaptable individual. If the situation calls for me to lead then I am eager to lead, and if the situation needs good followers then I can do that as well. I thank God for the opportunities He has already given me and I eagerly await the next opportunities He has for me.
Thank you for your time,
