Chase Pippen '19 Recruiting Profile

The highlight of my high school football career was my freshman year, when my team went undefeated and won the division championship. I was a primarily defensive player (middle linebacker). However, I did not grow as a player, as I did not know what it truly meant to lose. The next two years, along with a new head coach, came a 5-17 record, and for the first time I knew what it felt like to really lose. 

I set my sights on starting full time at guard as a sophomore—we run a Wing-T style offense—and beat out two seniors for the position. In this position I later earned 1st Team All-Region honors and the Offensive Hustle Award as a junior. 

This brings me to my senior year with a new head coach, a shot at redemption, and hopefully an opportunity to play football at the collegiate level.
