Andrew Bunn '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Andrew Bunn and I am a part of the 2021 class. I was born In Fort Worth Texas and moved to Bolivar, MO the summer before my 8th grade year for the sole purpose of starting a church. I have an awesome family with my mom, dad, and my 2 brothers Toby(15)  and Logan(12).  I have always dreamed of playing collegiate ball since I was a kid. My biggest strength is leading by example. I'm always the hardest worker in the classroom, weight room, on the field, on the mat, etc:. One way I lead by example is watching film. When I'm on the field I know what everyone's job on every play, and I know what the other team is running before they snap the ball. I am a team first guy at heart. Even when that means playing scout team to give my teammates a good look. I'm the first on the field and the last off. I love every aspect of the game of football and I hate coming off the field. Through my actions, I have earned the respect of my teammates and will be a 3 year captain. I lead our school's FCA.  I'm on our school's character council and I'm the Junior class Vice President. I feel like I will be a great asset to your program because I have worked my tail off in the classroom, in the weight room, and on the field to put myself in a situation to achieve this dream. I plan on continuing to do so as I move on to the next level. 

In college, I want to major in Education with the ultimate goal of being a teacher and a high school football coach. I want to be a part of a team that sacrifices and plays for one another.
