Personal Statement
My Freshman year, my team had a losing season, going 3-7 I was very discouraged. Living in the House I’ve grown up in we’ve been tought to never give up, and how to face adversity, so I stuck with it and worked hard in the off season with my team, and my sophomore season we ended up having the first winning season for our program in three years. Through just those two seasons, I strengthened myself not only physically but mentally as a leader. I hope I get to be part of your program, to learn more not only about athletics but academics as well, I know that I have what it takes to make an impact on your program, not only with my talents but with my leadership ability and my drive to face adversity.
