James Bailey '17 Recruiting Profile

Hey, my name is James Bailey and I would love to play football on the next level. My goal is to play on the Division 1 level because I believe my talent and hard work will get me there. If not I will make the best out of the other level that I get the opportunity to play on. Playing on the next level period will be a blessing. What makes me a good candidate for your team is I am an hard worker and a leader on and off the field and I will do my 1 of 11 to help the team and also so you can keep your job. I have God given talent that luckily I've been blessed with and you can witness those talents if you watch my highlights. I bench 285, squat 485, and clean 265. I love being in the weight room. My 40 time is a 4.6. One thing that I love to work on is speed because speed kills. I've been playing football since I was 6 years old so my love for the game is deep. I love football with a passion and I will do whatever it takes to get an good education and play Football while doing it. Last year at the end of the season I got 2nd Team All- Conference, 1st Team All- Districts & offensive MVP for my team. What makes me different from other recruits is that I don't look at Football as just being a sport. I look at it as going to battle to fight for something you love with your brothers. Also I feel like I was born to play football and that it's my only way out.
