After high school graduation in May 2021 my plan is to attend a university with a high quality pre-med program to help me achieve my life goal of becoming an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports related injuries. I have worked hard throughout high school both academically and athletically to grow and develop my character, work ethic and mental toughness to make that dream a reality. I want to continue to excel in the classroom and on the field as I move on to the next level. For me personally, sports in general, but football in particular, is an important part of my life. I enjoy being a part of a team and doing my part to contribute.
As for what makes me different than other athletes, I only know what others tell me. Every team I have ever played on my coaches have always complimented me on how I work hard to improve and that I am very coachable. I also really enjoy the grind of practice and the opportunity to challenge myself and continue to improve. My dad always tells me it isn't important to be the best, just better than I was yesterday. He also reminds me that applies to not just being athlete, but also a person. I should probably also mention that I love to kick. I have had a ball at my feet for as long as I can remember and look forward to creating memories for the team, the fans, and myself if fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to kick in college.
