Jackson Lowery '19 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing football my entire life. From the time I was in kindergarten playing flag football to this day playing in High School, it has always been my passion. As a kid I was obsessed with being the fastest, I would race my friends, my pets and my parents everywhere trying to be the fastest. To get me to do chores my parents would offer to time me to see if I could do it faster than them. Still today, I am constantly trying to be faster than anyone else, whether it be running sprints at practice or going to the gym and lifting to make my legs stronger, I am always pushing myself to be the best. Academically I challenge myself as hard as my high school allows. As a junior I am enrolled in all of the highest honors and advanced placement classes as well as being a part of my school's gifted learning program. I have maintained a 3.9 GPA thus far and am set on maintaining that these upcoming years of high school. I believe I am set apart from others by my work ethic, I am the one to stay after summer practices and lift weights for another hour, I am the one to stay and get in just five more sprints, I am the one to push myself to the next level so that when it comes time to perform I know I can do what others can’t.
