Personal Statement
Winning districts my freshman year was the highlight of my high school career. Our team won districts and advanced to the quarter finals, where we came to an end. Although we lost, I was proud to be a part of that team. Although, I learned more through my sophomore and junior year. We weren't as good as the year before, but it taught me more about teamwork, sportsmanship, hard work, and respect.
Although my progress showed in high school, it all started when I was young. I played football ever since I was 6 and I loved it. We were allowed to start punting at 10, so my dad taught me how to have a good technique. When it came to middle school, my dad taught me how to kick off and kick field goals. He has always been there for me and taught me almost everything I know. I learned that if you put your mind to it, nothing can stop you.
I'm not only a good athlete, but a good student. I've worked hard to keep my grades up so I can stay top 10 percent in my class. I work to be the first in my class and study, so I can go to college. My biggest goal of all is to be as smart, strong minded, and hardworking at every aspect as I can be.
