Brock Jones '20 Recruiting Profile

I started playing football when I was in kindergarten, at the age of five I fell in love with the game and now my dream is to play at the next level in college. This year I was a starter as a Linebacker and our team WON the 4A STATE CHAMPIONSHIP in Missouri! I am a very versatile player and am experienced playing LB, DE, 2/3 in the back field and TE. I am successful in these positions because I use my strengths, which are: intellect, aggressiveness and being able to read plays as they happen. I’m able to process information quickly which allows me the ability to be where I need to be on the field to make a play. I have good hands, foot-work, and balance which I continue to develop and enhance my overall athleticism by playing High School basketball.

I work as hard in the classroom as I do on the field. I have a cumulative 3.5 GPA and I’m starting accelerated & AP classes this year. My favorite courses are math and science. I enjoy mentoring & tutoring my friends and underclassmen in school to help them be successful.

My goal is to continue developing my personal and academic strengths while playing my dream sport in college!
