Personal Statement
I have been playing competitive football since the 3rd grade. I started as a center and eventually moved from the offensive line in the 7th grade to defensive linebacker and long snapper which I currently play in high school.
Through hard work and diligence on and off the field, I have been able to make All Conference on Defense my Sophomore and Junior years as well as Academic All Conference honors all three years of high school. I was awarded the Iron Man Player of the Year Award my Sophomore year because I played seven different positions during the season (Offense line, TE, full back, Defensive line, Linebacker as well as long snapper).
My plan is to pursue an academic college career that includes playing football at the highest level. I am committed to training all year long so that I can be the best football player in my position as well as the best team mate and leader on the field.
I look forward to finding the right collegiate home that meets my academic and athletic needs and I can’t wait to play football in college.
