Kevin Raymond '18 Recruiting Profile

    Hello, I am Kevin Raymond and I attend Forsyth High School. I have been in football for two years and we are Conference and Divisional Champions as of 2017 and Placed second in the championship. I also do Track where we have won the Divisional Trophy in 2016 and I am also part of the relay team that holds the 1600 meter relay school record. I have also been a captain for track. For three years of basketball I have been a captain two years and I have also been the team leader in assists. I also do sports performance to help stay in shape for each sport.

    My GPA is a 3.38 and I am ranked in the top half of my class.  I have been a student tutor for the fifth grade class and I have also been in band for two years. I have volunteered to clean up trash on the side of the road.  I have also participated in the school play.

    For basketball passing. dribbling, driving, and finishing are all my strong points on the offensive side. As for the defensive side strong defense, steals, and setting up for charges are my strong points. I am very coachable as my coach has said the first year I met him. I have proven leadership on and off the court not only helping my teammates but the younger teammates as well. I will not move on from a drill unless I know I have done it right. I am very passionate about basketball and am willing to do anything it takes to play at the collegiate level. I am very committed as I have been playing basketball since kindergarten and going to basketball camps since fourth grade. My goal is to grow and get better every day.
