Gregory Randolph '20 Recruiting Profile

When I was in fifth grade I went to my mom and asked if I could play college football. Of course, her typical mom answer was that if I worked hard I could achieve it. Mind you, I was still very short and very chunky so, at that point in my life my mom was definitely thinking no way! Flash forward a few years and here we are. Courage, determination, passion, and integrity. These characteristics set me apart from the rest. Maybe a personal statement is intended to be more of a paragraph bragging about my skills. I have tried to type that paragraph however I can not. What I can do is tell you that no matter the scenario I will work. I will work harder than anyone ever has. That was the way I was raised. My passion for the game and my fire for continuously bettering my skills as a player makes me an asset. Am I the best player in the world? Absolutely not. However, that fact only drives me to work harder. I come from a small eight man team. A lot of coaches stop looking right after learning that fact. However, hurdles are meant to be jumped. My small town roots only make me a stronger player.
