Connor Norton '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Connor Norton I am a student at Maxwell Public Schools. I am a hard worker and very modest person. I like to do things with my friends and family. I have a younger brother, which is my best friend he is only 5 and I spend most of my time with him helping him learn, read and play sports. I am looking for a good college that offers my major in education and will give me the tools to succeed in life. I also want to play for a good athletic program. I believe that I am capable and willing to work hard to play football and compete at the college level. The size of school does not matter to me I just want a college that has a good program of study in Education. I would like to become a Secondary History teacher or a Math teacher. Currently I help coach "little kids" wrestling, football, and T-ball with my Uncle, who coached me in all three sports. I love helping kids and I see myself continuing this in a job teaching and coaching in the future. I am looking at going to college in my home state of Nebraska or one of our surrounding states. But I am open to any colleges that may offer me a good education in my choice in Secondary Education and give me the opportunity to play football and grow as a person and as an athlete. Colorado,Kansas,Iowa,Missouri,Michigan,Arizona,South Dakota are states that are of great interest to me and my family.
