I have been a hardworking and aspiring high school athlete. Freshman year I was a benchwarmer on varsity, I was inducted to the varsity basketball team my freshman year right as the year was ending. Track season got cut short due to covid-19. In my Sophomore year, I was finding my place and became a punt and kick returner, during the second to last week of the 2020 football season I tore my ACL in football practice. I had surgery in November of 2020, This cut me out of my 2020 basketball season, wanting to overcome the injury I went to therapy every day in hopes of coming back as soon as possible. I participated in the 2021 track season and lettered, all in hopes of building back up to where I was. As football season was coming nearer, I was building strength and lifting daily. Football season came and my punting ability came back, and I am anticipating getting better and better at punting and potentially going next level.
