Kadence Velde '23 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goal is to attend and graduate college with honors while playing the sport of football.  I enjoy the challenge of growing as a person, student and student athlete every day.  

What makes me a good candidate for any team is the fact that I care about my teammates, coaches, school and community.  I demonstrate this by developing relationships with the people I am around.  I love to be coached and enjoy understanding what role I can play to help the team, school and community.  

I consider myself to be a man of great character.  I am a man of God and strive to grow my relationship with him each and every day through prayer.  I value using my gifts to serve others.  As far as athletically what makes me different is the fact that I am not afraid to try new things and work hard to be the best I possibly can.  I implement this same strategy with my academics.  

In summary I am a very happy person who enjoys my role as a son, brother, student and student athlete and look forward to continuing this through my college years and beyond.
