Colby Patton '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Colby Patton and I am currently a Senior at Spring Creek High School in Spring Creek, Nevada. I am 6'0, 190 lbs. I had another great season this past year as the Varsity kicker and punter. As a sophomore, I was named as First Team All State, First Team All Conference, and First Team All Area Kicker. I am committed to my educational and athletic future. I am a hard worker in the classroom and I take that same work ethic on to the field. My involvement in student government the past four years, including serving as student body president this year, has given me opportunities for multiple leadership experiences that have increased my confidence in high pressure situations, like game changing kicks. Having grown up in a rural community in Northern Nevada, I am very open to educational opportunities at a large or small university anywhere across the country. My ultimate goal is to obtain a quality under-graduate education leading to becoming an Orthopedic Surgeon. Along with this goal, I have an incredible desire to expand, develop, and contribute my skills as a kicker and punter toward a conference championship at the college level and, if possible, beyond.
