Like many high school athletes, my goal is to play college football and get an education. I've been playing football since second grade and fell in love with the game almost instantly. I love to compete and I love to take on challenges. It's always been a dream of mine to play football at the college level. I work very hard on the field and in the classroom to make sure that I achieve that dream. I believe that getting a college education is very important and it all starts with keeping your grades up and maintaining a solid GPA.
I also try to keep myself involved with clubs and after school activities that my high school offers other than sports. The guidance counselors at my school voted me in as a Peer Leader for the student body. I was also appointed to be a youth leader for "Life of an Athlete", which is a program that aims to make positive changes in the school climate and favorably guide behaviors among the students. As a freshman I was selected to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) which has a goal of fostering a respectful school community and takes a stand against bullying.
With two years left of my high school career, I plan to do work hard on improving my game to be the best quarterback I can be and keeping my grades up so that my dream of going to college becomes a reality.
