Regarding athletics, football is my sport -- NO other. I am either in season playing football or I'm in and out of the gym training and watching film. Off season I work out twice a day. I do a a mid-day weights class and another weightlifting/cardio class in the late afternoon. After that (2-3 times a week) I go to my MMA gym that a friend and I own (www.fight-mma.com). I do some training there (mostly for flexibility), get any homework done and usually come home around 7pm. As my coaches and parents will testify, I am serious about what I do, know the direction I'm going and am very focused on achieving it. Here's a link to an interview that a Sports network did about my MMA training.
