Personal Statement
I’ve been playing football since I was 4/5 years old. My parents always drilled into my head that Academics come first and managing both have never been a problem. I am currently a straight A student at North Brunswick High school and football has become a lifestyle In which I would like to continue to play post highschool. I know I’m not the best... However, my passion for the game pushes me to work intensely hard to be able to comepete with the best. My freshman season I played a few JV games and I was not the best freshman. At the time I felt as though I would end up being someone who wasn’t going to impact the game nor help my team in my future years, So I immediately got into the weight room to work out to make myself bigger and stronger. I also started running track to get myself faster (in which I made the varsity team my freshman year) and I also enrolled in extra conditioning and training practices to greatly improve my footwork. Within one month my coaches saw a lot of improvement in my strength, speed, agility, and attitude. They noticed my aspirations of wanting to play varsity my sophomore year. What separates me from any other college recruit is my work ethic and determination on and off the field.
