Nothing is ever given freely, you have to earn it. That's especially true where I grew up. From academics to championships, no one was going to willingly hand it over. That's what has made me a better player throughout my entire football career; someone wanting to be great just as much as I did.
The highlight of my high school career had to be starting varsity as a sophomore, on the offensive line no less. Linemen are the foundation for a great team. They are the toughest minds and bodies on that field and being able to call myself one has been an honor. Now for any college I go, I will live up to the linemen name. I will never be your biggest player nor your fastest, but I will give you every reason to start me over the others. I will face anything and anyone head-on in the name of my team and that is why I will make a great fit for the collegiate level.
