As a child watching football on TV with my dad, I dreamed that one day it would be me playing on the field. My dream began to take shape when I started playing at the age of five. In the 8th grade, I made my school's varsity team and became the starting quarterback the next year. Participating in other sports, such as track and basketball, provides the opportunity for me to cross train. This enhances my speed on the field and increased arm strength when compared to my peers. Cross training makes me a better athlete and helps set me apart from others. I can be a versatile player at quarterback, I have a very strong arm and I'm capable of throwing the football around 70 to 75 yards and I like to get out of the pocket and run. My arm strength is what I believe supersets me from lots of other players. Learning from other members of my family who played college division I and II sports, I understand the dedication that is required playing at that level. I will rise to the challenge.
