Personal Statement
I have always dreamed of playing college football. As my high school did not have a football team, I needed to find away to make my dream a reality. In pursuit of my dream, I traveled halfway across the world to Israel where I tried-out and ultimately played the 2018-2019 season for the Silverbacks-- a club team in the Israel Football League (IFL).* At the conclusion of the season, based on my accomplishment during the season, I was asked to join and play for Israel's national team.**
In addition to playing football, I am currently a full time student at Bar-Ilan University, one of the premier universities in Israel. I have also, successfully completed a rigorous medic (EMT) program. I am confident that I will bring a level of leadership and maturity to any locker room as well as being a positive influence on my teammates.
I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could impact my life. Accordingly, I am always working to improve my skills and endurance as well as training to get bigger, faster and stronger. I am a team leader and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players, on and off the field, and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.
