Aaron Ertel '12 Recruiting Profile

A three sport athlete for the Wildcats of Depew High School, Captain of the football, basketball and baseball teams and  graduated earning 10 varsity letters. In football, a 3 year starter at Quarterback  playing for Coach Dan Mc Grath, honors include all conference selection as a sophomore, junior and senior, all metro selection, Connally Cup nominee, "Newcomer of the Year Award ", and the Depew High School "Heart of a Champion Player of the Year Award." Finished career with a 18-5 win/loss record as a starting quarterback.  Selected to play in the Kensington Lions North-South All Star Game in July 2012.  In Basketball played in 2 Sectional championship games, all conference selection as a senior and  selected to play in the Silver Hoops Senior all star game. In baseball, all conference selection in freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior years. All Bee first team. Was also named Depew-Lancaster Bee "Male Athlete of the Year". and also received the U.S. Marine Distinguished Athlete Award.
