Zealus "Zeke" Bruce '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a student athlete that takes sports very seriously. I lost my father at an early age and sports allowed me to learn lifelong lessons and life skills that I do not feel I would have been able to acquire otherwise with my father gone. I have been an athlete since age 5, this has taught me to appreciate teamwork, leadership and brotherhood. I fell in love with football when I learned to celebrate losses along with wins and that adversity just means fight harder this has made me tougher and more confident as a player and person. As a student I want to excel, learn all I can about me and the world around me in order to make it and me better. High school graduation is a short terms goal I plan to obtain in order to reach future successes, make my mom proud and lead the path for my younger sister (who also is a lifelong football player). In College I intend to take advantage of every experience possible as a student and an athlete so that I may become the man I envision for myself.
