Personal Statement
I am a 3 year varsity football starter on the Offensive Line. I am 6’ 5” - 310 lbs. I have been voted All League by the coaches in my league, I represented my team and started in the Long Island vs. NYC - Catholic High School Football League Senior Bowl Game. I am very coachable and eager to learn all that I can. I have a positive attitude and will do whatever I have to be to be the best player I can be. ,
I am a leader on the field and in the class room. I push my self to the limits. I work off of three principles, instilled in me Pride,Commitment, and Respect. I am committed to my goals, I have respect for others and myself and I am always striving to become better every day.
Attending college and playing football are my priority and if playing football can help my family financially that would be so helpful due to our financial need.
I am interested in either pursuing a degree in Secondary Education/Coaching or Sports Communication or possibly pursuing a double major in both fields. I am also interested in a minor in Sociology. Since I was a child I wanted to be a college football player and it has been a dream for me that I am ready to accomplish and achieve.
I am relentless in what I do and I am not afraid to lead and step up to the challenge and give all I have. One of my recent goals has been to get in the best shape I can be and in the last ten months I committed myself to that goal, I work out, run, eat better and I have lost over 65 pounds. I accomplish my goals because I take a lot of pride in what I do and put my heart and soul into every thing I want to accomplish on and off the field. Thank you for your consideration.
