Personal Statement
AUSTIN ELFERS, A.C. REYNOLDS HS WRESTLING COACH, AUGUST 2019
Bo is an amazing athlete and teammate because he will lead by example. You never have to make sure he’s working hard because he gives 130% every day. He never questions coaching and enforced the rules he’s given. He’s also not afraid to ask questions to help him improve and he always implements the help he is given. Bo is what any team would look for in an athlete regardless of sport.
He's a great young man! You should be very proud of him for the way he treats others especially !!!

Mr. Thompson,
I just wanted to let you know what Bo did. One of his teachers, Ms. Beckman, daughter passed away unexpectedly Friday morning. Ms. Beckman got the call after the school day had started and it was quite traumatic. I met with her students Friday afternoon to share the facts and make sure they heard what had happened from me directly and answer any of their questions.
Bo sent Ms. Beckman the sweetest email she forwarded to me. She said it may her cry all over again but meant so much to her. I just wanted you to know what a kind and caring gesture your son did. You all have done a great job raising him.

If we had a camp MVP all the coaches said it would go to Bo. To answer your question, yes! I would love to have the opportunity to coach him here at Christ School. I will forward your email address onto our admission department in hopes that they can help you get started with the admissions process.
Thank you for sending Bo to our camp this year. He is very coachable and has a great work ethic.

I wish to receive a degree in Marine Biology and/or Engineering. I have a 3.9 GPA. I wish to play football and wrestle in D1/D2/D3 college or university. I have a good solid family life. I have been taught the highest morals, ethics and manners by my parents. I have a strong character, a great work ethic, focus, and mental toughness. A personal note, my 2 brothers and I were adopted by my parents from S. Korea when we were infants. That makes our family unique and our family close. My older brother, Robert Moses, is 19, I am 17, and my little brother Sam is 15. I work out daily lifting weights and wrestling at 828 Wrestling. I love lifting, football and wrestling.
