Hello Coach; My name is Jamil Caines and I am 5'11.1/2", 190lbs. running back ,currently attending Jireh Prep, which is a Post Graduate School, located in Charlotte NC. I just wanted to follow up on my August 3, 2012 email that I sent to you and want to know if you had an interest in recruiting me. I understand that you are currently in season and very busy at this time of year. I will be graduating from Jireh Prep in December 2012 and will be looking to continue my academic and athletic career in Spring 2013. I attended and graduated in 2012 from South Plainfield High School, which is located in South Plainfield New Jersey. I was a starter for South Plainfield's High School varsity team for 1 year and earned honorable mention that season. I have a 2.59 cumulative core GPA for Division 1 core courses and a 2.75 cumulative core GPA for Division II. My overall SAT is 1120 with 800 for Math/Verbal. I will be retaking the SAT while attending Jireh Prep. . My best 40, was 4.47; max bench, 255lbs.; sqwat, 375lbs. Running stats: 75car/510yds, 6.95yds per/car, 2 TDs. Receiving Stats: 8catch/35yds, 4.38yds per/cat; Kickoff returns: 11ret/182yds, 16.55yds per/ret. For two years, I ran indoor track. My three events were the 55m (7.1sec), 200m (25sec) and the 4x200m.
