School is my main focus hence the name "Student-Athlete" but Football is really my life. I have struggled with my grades a little but I can't just let little failures bring down my grades and my chances to go to college. That's just wouldn't be taking responsibility for my actions. I have learned that if you want to be smarter intelligently that you have to push yourself physically. Read more books on your down time or study for the test that you have tomorrow. I believe that with a great education that the possibilities for anybody increases exponentially. Football has really taught me many things about life. I don't think football is just a game. I look at it more as a way to shape the player intellectually. Football teaches discipline, respect, it also can give you moral support during tough situations. However, the way that I play football is not like the average player. I have been playing football since i was 5. Ever since then I have just been getting exponentially better. Every day if I feel like I'm slacking on something like my routes for example, I'll take my cones outside and lay them out in the form of the route tree. I'll run the routes on air until i feel like iI have bettered myself in that area. There is no telling how long this could take. It could take minutes. It could take hours. Sometimes it even takes days. I don't care though. I'll do anything to improve my game. I'll always give it 100% when I'm training or practicing so that I can play at 1000% percent in the game. I can never be too good. I can only get better.
