Thomas Valentine '27 Recruiting Profile

Dear Prospective Coach: My name is Thomas H. Valentine, my friends and family call me Hunter. I am 5’8”, 125lbs and Im passionate about football. Ive been blessed by being able to play sports stateside and overseas. My love for the game began in Yuma, Arizona when I was 8 playing for a local NFL flag football team. My dad enlisted into the Army and we moved to South Korea where I was able to play football, basketball and participate in a long distance running club. We traveled to local schools for basketball games and other bases for football tournaments. We moved to Fort Liberty, North Carolina in 2022 and I started playing football for the middle school on base. Over the years I’ve gained knowledge and hands on experience in multiple positions on the football field. I participated in the Graham Gano Football Pro-camp on Fort Liberty in 2022. I was recognized with a certificate for my good sportsmanship, outstanding work ethic, strong leadership and a team-first attitude. My freshman year I played Corner Back and was on kickoff special teams. We went undefeated in the 2023 season and were conference champs. Currently Im a sophomore at Overhills High School and I play Wide Receiver/Corner Back for the JV team.
