Thank you in advance to taking the extra time to read my personal statement. My goals are to excel academically and athletically in high school and to play football at the collegiate level. I am interested in studying Land Management/Marketing. I know that I want a career where I get out and interact with many people. I am a defensive lineman and offensive guard. I am a leader; I enjoy getting out and leading younger and older players to excel both on and off the field. I am also a member of the track and field team at my school where I throw shot put and discus. Another sport I enjoy playing competitively is golf. I have won multiple junior tournaments against some of the top golf recruits for my age group. I am a coach-able player who enjoys all sports. I thrive on competition and seem to play better when the competition is tougher. I will continue to work hard throughout high school to play at the next level and to stand out on the field.
"Brae is a strong coachable kid who enjoys putting in hard work in the weight room. He is a stout physical defensive lineman who has the potential to play significantly for us on both sides of the ball. He plays with a tough blue collar demeanor and is a great guy off of the football field." -Coach Page, Offensive Line Coach, Marvin Ridge High School
