Samuel Burr '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Samuel Burr I am going to be a freshman at Mandan High School. I will be graduating in 2022 hopefully with national honors and above a 3.7 GPA. Through my athletic and schooling carrier I have been told that I am a natural leader this is something that a pride myself on and consistently strive to improve. I look to motivate and push my teammates to be better not only on the field but off it as well. My love for the game is nearly unmatched among my peers I push myself the hardest in practice most of the time so hard that my teammates and coaches tell me to calm down.

I pride myself work ethic I am the hardest worker in my class and arguably the hardest worker in the school. A average week for me has me working out at least 5 times that week. One of my favorite quotes is ,"When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breath then you will be successful"-Eric Thomas, its something that I take to heart and I apply this quote to everything because I want it more than the next guy.

My goals for high school is to receive national honors and or be a valedictorian, if I don't do that at the bear minimum I want to graduate within the top 5-10% of my class, I also hope to maintain a 3.5 GPA throughout my high school carrier Now last but not least I dream of attending the University of Notre Dame its a big dream, but shoot for the moon and even if you miss you land among the stars. That's a good little saying I like to think about when it comes to Notre Dame. Realistically I would love any division 1 scholarship.
