Michael Blevins '18 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5’8, 180 lbs., slot-back, safety, and kick/punt returner, from River Valley High School football team in Marion, Ohio. In my sophomore year as a football player, I have “lettered”; and in my junior year as a football player, I have started on the varsity team. This year [2016] I’ve earned 2^nd Team All-Conference in the Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference (MOAC). I have a 3.2 GPA and aim to elevate my overall GPA upon taking the ACT in February and April.

I am in search of a college that will provide just as much emphasis on my educational values as my athletic ability. As I have not determined what I’d like to pursue in college, I would like to attend a college with a solid educational foundation from which I can navigate to a specific field of study. Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could contribute my mental and physical work ethic, and abilities, on and off the field as a scholar and an athlete.
