Darrion Montgomery '22 Recruiting Profile

My first year playing high school football changed my life so much. Playing under the lights gets me so excited to play the game. I feel I grew the most as a person & as a quarterback during my sophomore year. I have been loving the game ever since my first year of playing football at age 5, I don’t know what I’d be doing if it wasn’t for the game teaching me how to grow as a man. 

For the rest of my high school career I aspire to have all A’s. I want to have one of the highest GPA’s in my class. I feel like by the end of high school I want to be able to go to college off of an academic scholarship not just on an athletic one. I really value teamwork, that is one of the things I like to bring to the table. I’m looking for a college that fits me very well & treats me like I’m one of their own. I feel like I’m a person that is a great leader on & off the field, trustworthy, & outgoing.
