Hello! Throughout all my years of playing football (starting in 1st grade) I have always had the goal of playing football in college. As I got closer to high school I realized even stronger that it is my passion to play in college. I have worked very hard on and off the field these past 3 years and am looking forward to see what my senior season will bring. I have been working with a trainer for the past 2 years to strengthen my upper and lower body as well as to add stamina/agility during the off season. During my Freshman year of high school I made the decision to focus just on football. I decided not to continue in basketball and baseball so that all my focus could be on working to better myself on the football field. I have a very strong work ethic and I apply that to my football training and to my academics! As one of the leaders on the team I encourage, support and help all my teammates on and off the field. I am open to constructive criticism whether it positive or negative. I then take that feedback and act upon it to better the team and myself. I have been voted by my teammates as Defensive Lineman of the year for my sophomore (2017) and junior (2018) seasons. I am very honored to receive this award since it was determined by my teammates. It helps to push me to work harder! Academically I have taken Honors, AP and College classes that have pushed me to work hard. My goal is to receive my degree in Sports Management while playing 4 years of football.
