Personal Statement
I have been playing football since kindergarten, and I have loved this game since I first put on my pads. Football has been a huge part of my life and is a major reason I am the man I am today.
I go to St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, and I am in the class of 2022. My freshman year, I played wide receiver and led the team in receptions and receiving touchdowns. As a sophomore, I was moved to defense and earned the starting free safety role on varsity.
In the classroom I work hard. Freshman year I struggled with the transition from a public grade school to an elite academic high school. Since then I have continued to work hard, and my grades have shown that this past year.
At every level I have played, I have worked to be the best at my position.I want to play football at the collegiate level, because I want to compete with and against the best. Education is important to me, and I would like to do something I love while furthering my education. I have wanted to play college football since I was 6 years old. Making it to the next level is very important to me, and I am willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish that goal.
