Wesley Shaffer '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello, My name is Wesley Shaffer. I am a high school senior in the class of 2020. I go to Greenville Senior High School in Greenville, Ohio. I have played football and have been on OL and DL since the first grade. I have been starting varsity lineman since my Junior Year. I have played both defensive tackle/nose tackle on defense and right and left tackle on offense. I'm a hard worker and when the going gets tough, I persevere and do my best to encourage those around me to do the same. I have lettered in academics, theater, marching band, and football. Last year I had a GPA of 3.62 and was ranked 48 out of 223 in my class. I have been in advanced classes most of my life and I am currently taking college classes at Edison State Community College provided by my high school. I do plan to take a two year mission for my church before attending college. After my mission, my goal is to go to college to study Genetic Engineering and/or Archaeology.
