My name is Jailen Morris and I will be a senior at Hamilton High School. I have been playing football since I was six years old and it has been a game I’ve loved ever since. I play as a safety/corner back and I have started since my freshman year in one of the toughest leagues in the state of Ohio. I have also maintained a 3.25 GPA and been involved in various extracurricular activities such as varsity basketball and varsity track.
My collegiate goals and aspirations are to pursue a degree in engineering and to play football at the highest level possible. I have always been enjoyed science and technology and I love solving problems and creating new things. I also love the thrill and challenge of competing against other teams and improving my skills and performance.
I think I am a good candidate for any team because I have the qualities that many coaches are looking for in a defensive back. I have speed, quickness, and I love to come down hill and make tackles. I am also a leader, a motivator, and a communicator who can inspire and support my teammates.
What makes me different from other recruits is my character, athletics, and academics. I have a high level of integrity, discipline, and responsibility. I always do the right thing, follow the rules, and respect others. I will never give up, no matter how hard the situation presents itself. I always work hard, practice hard, and study hard. I am not only a good player, but also a good student and a good citizen.
It would be honored to have the opportunity to play college football and become a part of a football family. I am confident that I can meet your expectations and achieve my goals. I look forward to hearing from the different schools and learning more about their admission process.
Thank you for your consideration.
