Tyson McNelly '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Tyson McNelly,and I am currently a senior at Jackson High School in Jackson Ohio. I am writing this letter to express my interests in your university and your football and academic program. Throughout my high school career I have been an active member of my varsity football team for three years.I have dedicated myself to improving my abilities on the field and also in the classroom. For the past two years I have played under the direction of Coach Andy Hall. Under his direction, I have learned to be a better student,competitive athlete, and a role model for my community. As a junior member of the varsity football team I have been named All Academic seoal, All league Honorable Mention,two time athlete of the week and a member of the SEAOL league championship team.I am 5'11" 180 pounds. I am a starting wide reciver,corner back, punt/kick returner and also I am the starting punter. I attended the national underclassman combines and was a top 15 prospect.I also recieved MVP honors at the top 100 camp in Lexington,Kentucky.I was also invited to the all world game in south carolina but could not attend due to varsity basketball.I am hoping for an oppurtunity to attend your university in order to further my academic education and my athletic endeavors.
