Football has had a huge impact on my life ever since I was in the 4th grade. In 4th grade is when I began to play football for my school that I currently play at now. I have learned a lot about myself from this sport, I have learned how to adapt and to overcome obstacles that get in the way of me achieving my goals. For example I had to overcome two injuries that occurred during my freshman and sophomore year that prevented me from playing most of both seasons. I overcame this by not giving up and I just had to keep pushing to my Junior year where I finally got my chance to play a high and competitive level. I have also used the disciple that comes with the sport to help me become a better person on and off the field. I have a few academic goals for the rest of my high schools career. I want to get my ACT score up to a 24 and maintain a good GPA. I would like to use football as a ticket to get into a good college at a manageable price. Some Unique skill I have are being able to be told something one time and being able to do it, I take constructive criticism very good and I use it to better myself. I never give up and I try until failure.
