Hunter Van Wert '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a student athlete who hopes to play football at the collegiate level.  I have played tackle football since the fifth grade, but have also played lacrosse (midfield), participated in wrestling, and currently run varsity track (indoor/outdoor).  Starting in my sophomore year, I have started varsity as running back.  Additionally, I was named NWOAL 1st Team All League Special Teams - Kick Return (sophomore year).  On defenses, I normally play the free/deep safety position.  I am open to play any position on the field in order to help the team be successful.  My dream is to play college football and remain attached to the game throughout my life, whether that is playing professionally, coaching, training, or working in the business operations of a football team.
