Personal Statement
I have been playing the sport football since I was old enough which was in the fifth grade. I have a huge interest in the sport and am doing all that I can to make my self better every day. I didn't stop trying to make myself better once the season was over, I continued to go lifting and get extra help in the weight room by one of the assistant football coaches to make myself better for the upcoming season.
I am also in sports such as wrestling and track during the seasons that I am not participating in football. This keeps me well in shape for football and from not hanging out with the wrong crowd and ruining my football career.
I believe that I have the talent, ability and grades to make it to college ball so there is nothing standing in my way from pursuing my goal! For the two years I have been in High school I have played two years of Varsity football, and this being my second year I have earned the Skilled Defensive Player Award. I also got League Honorable Mention for having a good GPA and for the talent I have while on the field, voted on by other coaches in the league.
I would like to go to a college that would teach me more about football and that would give me a chance to be able to earn my way on the field. Also to teach me lessons to get me through life and possibly pursue farther in my football career.
