Personal Statement

Hello, my name is A.J. Winders. Currently, I am a  6'2 WR/CB/LS (Junior) at Sheridan High School / 3.5 Star Kohl's Long Snapper Rating.  Season Highlights- 1st Team MVL / Perry Tribune Player of the Week (Week #12) / Elks Player of the Week (Week # 5) / Whiz Player of the Game (Week # 8).

2022 Season-  5 INT's / 19 Passes defended / 20 REC 376 YDS 4TD's.

I am chasing down my lifelong dream of playing football at the collegiate level. My goals for this offseason are to gain weight through training and sharpen my route running & defensive footwork.  

You will not find another player with more dedication, determination and grit.  I love the process of getting better and being a student of the game. My desire is to one day take that love & knowledge into coaching after I am finished playing.  I'm seeking the right fit for myself in order to grow as a man and football player.
