Personal Statement
As a third grader playing peewee football, I dreamed of playing college football one day. I have many goals, dreams and aspirations. I hope to earn a Football Scholarship and obtain my degree in Environmental Science/ Occupational Safety. A few of my short term goals are to become bigger, faster and stronger. I also have a goal to receive All State recognition. I have obtained one short term goal I set for myself; I received 2013/2014 District Running Back. As a High School Football Senior, I have obtain the ultimate goal when I helped lead my team to a 2012/2013 Class A State Championship and also the 2013/2014 Class A Champion State Runner Up. I have helped my team win four district championships and have played in more than 13 playoff games. I also have been playing up on the varsity team since I was a freshman. I am a leader physically, mentally and I prove this by example on and off the field. I have been chosen by my peers multiple times to serve as a captain for my team both my Junior and Senior years. I spend endless hours in the weight room and I never miss a chance to be on the field. Football is in my blood. My Grandfather ( Fred Willis) was a High School Football Coach, who helped coach his players to State Titles. Football is my passion and I love the game. I will be an asset to your school both on and off the field. I look forward to new opportunities and challenges in pursuing my lifelong dream.
