I have been playing football since I was 8 years old. As soon as I stepped foot on the field I knew that football was going to become a huge part of my life. At first it was just something that I did for fun, but after a few years it became a lifestyle.
I always strive to present my school, and football program in a positive way on, as well as off, the field. To me, it goes academics then football. It is in this order because without excelling in the classroom, I wouldn't have the opportunity to step on to the field every Friday night. I also believe that it is necessary to be smart, and a fast problem solver to be great on the field.
I take every practice very seriously because if you practice soft or slow, you will play that way. I am always working out to get bigger, faster, and stronger. I invite my teammates to all of the workouts that I go to as well, because I can only do so much without the other 10 players on the field being in great shape. I also always check up on my team and make sure that they do not need any academic help because it is important that they can play too.
