- Spent the off-season working on my footwork and my speed. My 40 yard dash went down from a 5.9 to a 5.4 in the summer of my sophomore to junior season.

- Now on to my second year of speed training, so far I have went from a 5.40 to a 5.29 on my 40 yard dash this spring. Also, my shuttle run has went from a 5.1 to a 4.94 in the last year.
